Unhappy 7.1.4_GA_2568 BUG: Error on add external account

Zimbra 7.1.4_GA_2555 installed on UBUNTU LTS 10.4.04
Updated to 7.1.4_GA_2568, but same bug.

    Connection POP3
Can not add an external account with this error:
    d2 error: CN16: imap.example.com1:O0:2:OU11:IMAP
    server6:accept4:true5:alias36:

    Connection IMAP
Can not add an external account with this error:
    d2 error: CN16: imap.example.com1:O0:2:OU11:IMAP
    server6:accept4:true5:alias36:

    Connection is NO SSL

My userid is name1.name2.name3 with no @

    Checked filrewall OK
Test with telnet (from server UBUNTU) is OK (POP3:110 and IMAP:143)
Test with windows Outlook is ok

    Zimbra fail

    Why?

    Thanks

you might want to try this solution:

    zmlocalconfig -e javamail_imap_enable_starttls=false
    zmmailboxdctl restart

Do it under the zimbra user to avoid problem with permissions of config file.
