Default Can't find delivered mail in mailbox?

    Hi togheter

Somebody told me he would have sent an E-Mail to us (info@mydomain.ch). But we didn't received it into that mailbox (info@mydomain.ch). So I checked the mail.log and I found the following lines:

That would mean, this mail should be in the mailbox "info@mydomain.ch" right? But it isn't..

How could I find out where the mail is stuck or even if a user already deleted it? (there are three users who can access this inbox).

    Thanks a lot in advance!

I mean, is there also a Log that can tell you if somebody as deleted or moved a mail from a certain mailbox? I guess not, right?

Of course, it is, I can provide you Zimlet which will provide you all
information like read or unread, still in trash or deleted completely, move to any other folder...etc.
And one more thing, Please let me know whether you are running with single server or multiple server.

pasco, what you need is logged in $ZIMBRA_HOME/log/mailbox.log

Grep there for all message related activity from the moment message is delivered to mailbox.

Yes, it is possible. But I have better way..You just have to drag Email from sent items and drop it on zimlet, it will give you all information of that Email as I have mentioned before.

    Jighesh, yes, this is handy.

But looks like thread starter here can't find the email in question, and it may be deleted and purged already. Will your zimlet help in this situation?

Yes, my friend. If receiver is claiming that he/she didn't get any mail than you just have to drag that Email from sent item and drop it on zimlet. It'll reveal everything.
