Post Upgrade issues (Client hang & blank emails)
We reccently upgraded to version 7.2 (Network edition)
Since then we have experienced 2 seperate issues on a number of occassions.
Issue 1: The web client will occassionaly hang, particularly when creating / replying to an email. This occurs in both IE8, IE9 and firefox, multiple PC's with different specs.
Issue 2: Some emails appear to be blank when opening, users can see there are contents as they have the display message snipets enabled in preferences. However if the user switches to a plain text view the contents of the message can be read, and are also available if you use the option 'view original message'.
We have rebooted the server and reapplied the patch without any success.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues ?
