    Default Password Authentication

    Hi All,
    Can someone please assist?
    I use Zimbra mail account, which was set up by an I.T. "professional" ... NOT! and shortly after, disappeared without a trace.
    Now I am left without being able to access my emails because when I log into my email, it asks me to authenticate my email password, which I do not have, because this cretin did not pass it on.
    I am at a loss on how to resolve the issue.

    We do not have any access to your email account nor the server, you should contact the administrator that maintains your Zimbra Server (I assume that's what you're talking about) and ask them to reset the password for you.

    I'm afraid I'm having trouble finding Zimbra support. Just thought someone within the forum may be able to point me in the right direction.

    The only person that can help is the person that maintains your server, I don't know who that is. We also, as I've mentioned above, do not have access to your server nor your mail account and therefore cannot change anything to do with your account. You said it was set-up by an 'I.T. professional' and I'm assuming that it is actually the Zimbra Collaboration Server, would that be correct? You haven't really given us much information about what the problem is nor the product is that you're using.
