Default Allowing User To Change Name

Is there a way to allow users to change there email display name through webmail preferences? Basically First and Last Name I want the user to have the power to change under the webmail interface. I do not want to allow them to change there email address just there display name.

On our current server Squirrel mail allows this.

    In ZWC:
Preferences -- Accounts then change name that appears in the from field of email messages.

I think it wont work. You need develop a Zimlet that can allow to change that name by soap provisioning. You have to hack account configuration at webclient.
