Default No Place to Change Password

I just logged into my email account for the first time. I want to change my password. I have clicked on Preferences and General tab. However, under login, there is no place for me to change my password.

Also, I have tried sending a few test emails to gmail. However, they have bounced back from gmail with the message:

1] Our system has detected an unusual rate
of 550-5.7.1 unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. To protect
our 550-5.7.1 users from spam, mail sent from your IP address has been
blocked. 550-5.7.1 Please visit to review 550 5.7.1 our Bulk
Email Senders Guidelines. z8si9003220eee.269 - gsmtp (in reply to end of
    DATA command)

Needless to say, I have not sent any bulk email. This email account was created about two months ago, but I haven't been opportune to login until now. Advice appreciated. Thanks.

Who created this account? Who provides the service for your email? Which version of Zimbra is in use? Are you the administrator of a Zimbra server or a user?
