The search field for some users are always empty when majority of the users will see in:inbox under the Mail Tab and in:contacts under the Address Book Tab. I have verified that this is not browser issue but account issue. Is there any configuration we can do in the admin console or CLI to fix these Zimbra accounts without default search entry?
Also, can I change the default search field from in to under so that the search will also search the sub-folders by default?
btw, I notice that when using in: or under: under the the Address Book Tab, Zimbra will list out mailboxes instead of address books. Is this normal or it's a known bug?
