    Default system failure: Unable to get SMTP session for

    hi ,
    i use my @free.fr mail adress since 15 years
    and with zimbra since somes years
    now i have a big problem
    i have an error , and i try ,try ,try to send email sometimes he works ...
    i loose many times to try and try again
    Please help me

    We do not have access to the Zimbra servers at free.fr and we are unable to diagnose the exact problem, you should contact them for support.

    so nobody have this problem here ?
    i search on the web but i dont find free support for webmail @free.fr ,only support for free box or telephone...
    sorry to ask you again , but do you have an idea about free webmail support<,

    I can't speak for everyone here but this problem is usually a symptom of a configuration error at the server end. My ISP is also free.fr and I don't see that problem when I access my webmail account.

    As I've already mentioned, we do not have access to the servers and therefore we can't diagnose the problem nor do we have any contact with Free. This type of problem is not something that can be fixed at your end.
