    Hi Pablo,

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Menu bars in the Zimbra Web Client typically can't be toggled for visibility, so it's unclear what the cause of your issue is. Can you provide the version of Zimbra you're on as well as the browser and platform you're using? Also, a screenshot of what you're seeing would likely go a long way toward explaining the problem.

    Thanks,
    Josh

Thanks Josh for your reply. Sorry, but the Menu bar disappeared from the Mozilla Firefox main window, not from Zimbra. Zimbra is just one of the tabs opened in Mozilla Firefox. When I hid the Menu bar I toggled View/Toolbars/Menu bar. Maybe this can help. Thanks. Pablo

No problem. Just toggle View/Toolbars/Menu Bar again, and it should come back.

Firefox has more info on this here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb...or-the-toolbar

I have been looking for a menu bar for Zimbra as well. Does Zimbra even have a menu bar that is similar to Internet Explorer's with at least with the File and Edit options available? You really can't do much with the emails. I can't do a copy/paste from the subject line. I have to go back to GMail in order to be able to do that then when I'm done what I need to that way, I pop back over to Zimbra.

Zimbra's web client does not use a top menubar (File, Edit, View,... Help), as it would've created confusion alongside the browser menu bars. The Zimbra web client does however support contextual menus (right-click) as well as standard keyboard shortcuts for things like Cut/Copy/Paste for any selectable text.
