Question Error Reports and EMail Grouping

Hi: I've been using Zimbra for a couple of weeks now and I am most impressed. I wasn't enamored of Thunderbird when my folders went away. I dumped them and went with Zimbra. My issues are:

    1. Address book won't synch from GMail. I have 4,000+ error reports from Zimbra's attempt to synch with my GMail address book. There should be a way that I can tell Zimbra to stop trying to synch the address book.

    2. Grouping like emails together. I get notification emails from our platforms for different reasons. I need to keep a tally of them. I have a folder setup so I can move them over instead of having them clutter up my inbox however, Zimbra is grouping them together rather than having them hit my inbox as separate emails. That is not how they hit GMail and I am unable to find a way to alter that either.

    3. I am unable to do a copy/paste from the subject line. I see no option for that pop up when I right click on what I need to copy in the subject. I have to switch back to GMail for that process then go back to Zimbra.

Does anyone have any suggestions to work around these issues? I'm dealing with it because Zimbra was the best desktop client that does just about everything I need it to do with minimum fuss.

I saw a posting on how to take care of the grouping emails issue. I was able to change the view to "by mail". I'll find out shortly if that did the trick or not.

In the view menu, change "View by Conversation" to "View by Message". Zimbra is automatically grouping message that are considered to be in the same thread together as a conversation.

If you can select the text, then the standard Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V keyboard shortcuts for Copy/Paste should work as normal. Right-clicking should also bring up the browser context menu with Cut/Copy/Paste menu items if you prefer that.

Message Groupings: Got the view changed and I'm not seeing the notifications all being grouped together so yay on that one!

Copy/Paste: I was able to do a copy/paste using the CTRL/C and CTRL/P. It would not allow me to right click on the selection that I highlighted. I can work with this tho. At least I don't have to keep flipping back to that godawful format GMail has.

Now if we can get a solution on the massive glut of error reports due to the unsuccessful attempts to synch with my GMail address book that I keep getting every day! Little steps, little steps things are getting better! Thanks Josh!
