Default Strange Display Issue with Zimbra Web Client

We've got a user that is having problems with the way the ZImbra Web Client is displaying. He basically gets a black and white screen, and none of the icons show up. We've tried all the basics; log off and back in, clear cache, change theme, etc., but nothing has helped. Thought it might be something broken in IE, so we downloaded Firefox and he gets the same thing. Switching to the basic client doesn't really help. He can see some icons, but still all black and white.

I've only seen something similar one time on another user, but she had been playing around with changing themes, and a simple reload fixed the problem.

Anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this?

    Thanks,
    John

Here's the screenshot. I rather hastily blocked out some of the info to protect the names of the innocent, so to speak I think there's enough here to get the idea. The more I've investigated, the more it appears that the user has in some way messed up their display settings, rather than it being a ZImbra issue. However, I'm having problems reseting things, so if anyone has any ideas that they could pass along it would be greatly appreciated.

One possibility is that their browser isn't handling CSS at all. We use CSS rules for a ton of stuff, including colors and images which are lacking (except the Zimbra logo). Weird that it's happening in both IE and FF.

    Things to try:
    - View their account on another machine
    - Go to Yahoo Mail or GMail on their machine, see if they're messed up
    - Reinstall IE and/or FF

Also, just to touch a little on what conrad's saying, what about Antivirus programs? Sometimes they can interfere.

Thanks for the suggestions. When logging in as the Administrator on this same machine the Zimbra web client looked fine, so this user obviously did something to his settings to cause the problem. Other web pages didn't look right either, although perhaps not as bad as the ZWC. After playing around a bit trying to get his settings (IE, display, etc.) back to default and not seeing any improvement we ended up just giving him a new AD login. Once he logged in under the new account everything was fine.
