Default Internal post office and from the same domain they come to SPAM

Good evening I am grateful for his answers to them, in the last days some of her accounts of my servant zimbra are coming to SPAM's tray, it is necessary to annotate that the accounts that present this problem belong to the same domain, they belong to the same internal servant who can be happening? Thank you for his response

    Default

In a single-server Zimbra installation, the installer sets the WebMailMTA as "localhost" (visible in the Admin Console). If the DNS server Zimbra is using doesn't have A and PTR records for localhost on 127.0.0.1 Zimbra's anti-spam can flag intra-server email as spam.

Either update your local DNS server appropriately, or if you are using your ISP's DNS server, change the setting in the Admin Console to the FQDN of your Zimbra server.

    Hope that helps,
    Mark

P.S. As a rule, Zimbra is very sensitive to having DNS configured absolutely correctly.
