Question Problem with e-mails containting dash [-] characters ...

    Hi,

I have a problem with e-mails containing dashes. For example:

    peter-smith@somedomain.com

is displayed in the address book as:

    peter-
    smith@somedomain.com

and I always get postmaster mail back that tells me the recipient doesn't exist.

Why? What is the solution to this problem?

Yes, I checked. The e-mail addresses are correct.

You've given no details of the ZCS version in use, you should always do that with the output of the following command:

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v
FWIW, this works fine for me on the current 8.0.7 ZCS version and the account receives mail from internal and external users and the email address shows correctly in the Address Book.
    Regards
