I have some doubts about the support for Zimbra Professional Edition.
We are thinking to use the zimbra solution in our offices in China.
With the Phone and 24x7 crisis support packet,
Could I have support in Chinese language?
Is there any support center in China? which would be our closest one?

If there is a strong interest, we might consider expanding our current support. It really comes down to demand.

Do you mean Russian support or Russian translation for Zimbra? There is a translation for Russian and you can find details here. translations are community supported.

My chinese colleages are afraid about don't having support in Chinese languages by phone. Do you know some kind of "non-official" chinise support for Zimbra (os its components) in Chinese language?
