I am currently evaluating zimbra to use in our school. I am wondering is there a way to automatically give access to everyone to the calendar for a shared resource or location without them having to add it themselves. And is there a way to say that every new user created will have that calendar already shared to them?
Also, is there a preference that I can set to say that every user and new user will have auto complete turned on for the global address book?
I am sorry if this is discussed in another thread already but I couldn't see it if it was.
