    Default Cannot connect to Zimbra on Windows mobile device

    I have a Verizon Wireless XV6700 mobile device. It runs on Windows Mobile 5.0. When I try to access to Zimbra secure web site, I get a "blank screen" without being able to see any email at all. Can someone please help me. Thank you for your response.

    Hello & welcome.

    Your device's browser is not compatible with Zimbra's code (either on http or https). You can not "browse" Zimbra with your device.

    If you want to get your mails, you have to use either Zimbra Mobile (sync of mail, contacts and agenda) or IMAP4 (just to get the mails).

    I'm getting a Verizon 6700 in the next few days. Which option did you choose to sync and how well is it working for you?
