Hi,
For this you required following things :-
1) MX record (DNS entry) for "adamm.co" domain (I guess you have made "correo.adamm.co" is MX record ?)

2) Public IP A record for "adamm.co" (200.122.192.27), It should be pointed to your Zimbra Mail Server (192.168.0.13).

3) Create test account in ZCS and send/receive mail in Internal Domain (user1@adamm.co to user2@adamm.co).

4) Send/receive mail from Internal domain (user1@adamm.co) to External domain (gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc...).

5) send/receive mail from External domain (gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc...) to Internal domain (user1@adamm.co).

6) check error in logs (/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log and /var/log/zimbra.log).
I need helppppp.. please
In the four weeks since your first post, have you looked at any of the other forum threads that cover this topic? This subject has been covered many times in these forums and there's even a wiki article on the subject - take a look at the Split DNS wiki article or search for some of the forum threads.

Hi jcarango,

This is the typical problem when you try to use your own Static domestic IP for send emails with Zimbra, tips:

1.- You are in a Blacklist - Check with your IP

2.- You are using a regular IP for send emails, not a Datacenter service or similar. Check here

3.- You have a invalid SPF configuration -

Found v=spf1 record for adamm.co:

v=spf1 include:spf.correo.adamm.co -all

evaluating...

Results - PermError SPF Permanent Error: No valid SPF record for included domain: spf.correo.adamm.co: include:spf.correo.adamm.co

4.- You don't have DKIM configure too:

DNS Query: default._domainkey.adamm.co

Query Status: No DNS TXT Record found

-

DNS Query: dkim._domainkey.adamm.co

Query Status: No DNS TXT Record found

-

DNS Query: google._domainkey.adamm.co

Query Status: No DNS TXT Record found
Best solution for your problem is try to fix all os this previous points.
Other "commercial" solution, and I have a lot of success with this service, is use a external Spam filter IN/OUT or only RELAY OUT for your domain. I created a special service for this problem:

The cost is 10€/month for domain and only out, it will be fix your problem.
Puedes escribirme por privado o contactar conmigo en mi web www.jorgedelacruz.es o http://en http://www.emibin.com]en http://www.emibin.com]en saludo
