Farukh,
Did you check /var/log/zimbrastats.log for any errors? or anything unusual. If you have seperate mailstore servers, their /etc/syslog.conf should have entries directing to the logger host server.

This issue was resolved for me by editing /etc/sysconfig/syslog manually with the following:
SYSLOGD_options=”-r -m 0”

Then restarting syslogd.

i did /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsyslogsetup as root & after about 20 sec, did a refresh of the status page, and its all green now!
the returned updateSyslog: Updating /etc/rsyslog.conf...done.
so i did a diff of the conf & conf.bak files which = 0. there were no diffs! so the cmd changed nothing but did something b/c its green now. cross thy fingers for how long it remains so.

I had this same problem also, on a fresh install.. Zimbra log files in /var/log/ was empty, and services showed a red "x" in admin panel Got it working doing the following :
I Noticed that when i ran /opt/zimbra/bin/zmsyslogsetup it wrote to /etc/rsyslog.conf, wich was the wrong file for our system.

I copied all zimbra content from that file to /etc/syslog.conf , restarted zimbra services and it worked.
This was on centos 5.5..

When I tried to run : " /opt/zimbra/bin/zmsyslogsetup" the following is showed :
-bash: /opt/zimbra/bin/zmsyslogsetup: No exist file or directory

Is it normal ?
Is it normal ?
Yes, it's normal when you use the wrong folder - it's now in libexec.
