syncprov or nonstandard ldap port?

hi, i replicate a fragment of the zimbra DIT to another server to provide dns backend with data, but since i installed the binary debian packages i haven't been able to do this. looks like the zimbra openldap doesn't have syncprov overlay so i can't use syncrepl from another box. its beginning to look like the zimbra ldap really shouldn't be used for anything else. is there any way it can be moved to a nonstandard port like you did with the two mysql instances? there's now a stateful way of moving http and https ports out the way (thanks!), can we do this with ldap as well? or is there an easy way of enabling the overlays?

I haven't tested it in a while, but I wrote a script (zmldapenablereplica) that set up one zimbra ldap server as a replica of another. That may help you out.
And yes, we don't suggest using zimbra ldap for anything else.
