Need Help - One Apache Configuration

Im a bit stuck right now.
I initially had an apache server running which I shutdown when I started the Zimbra install. Now that zimbra is running, I thought I would be able to modify the httpd.conf to include my previous setup.
How would someone setup:

http://www.example.com > web on port 80

email.example.com > email on port 7070
Also, my main problem currently is trying to get zimbra apache to listen on port 80. Initially I changed the httpd.conf to include:
Listen 80

Listen 7160
Only I get a startup error saying port 80 is already in use and prior to startup it isnt. So zimbra must be doing this on startup in the background.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed on reinstall that
6) Web server HTTP port: 80
However whenever you browse to http://www.example.com you are automatically sent to webmail rather then the actual website.

Yep this is now part of the installer due to the request of the community. You get to set your web port once and we manage it from then on. No more hacking config files after each upgrade.

Yes but you still have to run another apache configuration to host a webserver?
I should be able to host web and email from this one configuration correct?
Also would it be possible to run something like this...
WEB

ServerAdmin ultra@example.com

DocumentRoot /var/www/example/www

ServerName http://www.example.com

ErrorLog /var/www/example/logs/error_log

TransferLog /var/www/example/logs/access_log

EMAIL

or diff port

ServerAdmin ultra@example.com

DocumentRoot /var/www/example/www

ServerName email.example.com

ErrorLog /var/www/example/logs/error_log

TransferLog /var/www/example/logs/access_log

Would this work ?

(The 1649 ports scanned but not shown below are in state: closed)

PORT STATE SERVICE

21/tcp open ftp

22/tcp open ssh

25/tcp open smtp

110/tcp open pop3

143/tcp open imap

389/tcp open ldap

636/tcp open ldapssl

993/tcp open imaps

995/tcp open pop3s

3306/tcp open mysql

8080/tcp open http-proxy
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80

no listening sockets available, shutting down

Unable to open logs
This is what I dont understand. Why can I bind port 80 when nothing is on it?
Do I have to disable Zimbra port somewhere?

Are you trying as root? To bind to a port less than 1024 you must be root or have sudo access.

Are you trying to use our zimbra apache to run your website on 80? If so this is not something we reccomend or support. You should install your own apache for this purpose. The one the ships with Zimbra is not setup or expected to run on any port

I thought I would be able to add into httpd.conf
Listen 80
Listen 7780
#ServerName http://www.example.com:80

ServerName IP:80
But I cant
