Impossible to update to 8.8.X from 8.7.11 (Ubuntu 16.04)

Hi.
I'm trying to update my zimbra server (open source)
Everytime I end UP with the same problem, and didn't find anything about anyone facing the same.
I've got Zimbra from ages, and Updated everytime. Currenty It's running 8.7.6 but I can upgrade it to 8.7.11 without any problems.
I'm trying to Update to 8.8.5 or 8.8.6 - both failed.
Upgrade process runs smoothly without any problems.
The problem is that after this update nginx want start and pops out:
If I comment out this line in template file for this config file, it will popup another, and another, and another from different lines. Also from other nginx config files.
Do someone know what is going on and how to solve it?
