Hello i have 2 domains on 1 zimbra server (domain.com, multiple.domain.com).
@domain.com authentication uses an external active directory. on this domain there are several accounts that are not in the external active directory, so the account being unable to login.
my question is
Can an account not exist in the external active directory, using internal ldap zimbra ?

The magic word you're looking for is 'fallback' to allow authentication via ZCS. Enter the following two words in the search box (top right on this page): fallback authenticate - that will get you the details you need.
