We have around 20 branch offices in the world. Currently, each office use own domain name. For example, Branch A use domain-A.com, Branch B use domain-B.com,...,etc.
Now our Managing Director is going to use one standard domain name for all branch offices. eg. use 'domain.com' for all branch offices, i.e. all mail servers located in the branch office use 'domain.com' as their domain name. There are estimate total 3000 email IDs for all branch offices.
I would appreciate that you could kind provide this setup information if you have such experience.
Remark: We are using Zimbra open source edition for our mail server. no problem for the email receiving/sending.
