Zimbra on CentOS or Ubuntu

Recently I install ZIMBRA 8.0.6 on CentOS 6.3. Accordingly I am happy for all of features so far i know. Can any body help me  so that which is the best and stable  1. ZIMBRA 8.0.6 on CentOS  2. ZIMBRA 8.0.6 on Ubuntu

We do support CentOS 6.3 as of 8.0.4.  For the Zimbra Collaboration product, I'd recommend  - http://zimbra.com/forums/ - we're still in the process of merging the two communities and the collaboration community is based at http://zimbra.com/forums/ .

My preference and recommendation would be for CentOS, it's a far more stable platform than Ubuntu and has a superior package management system. As mentioned above, you really should look at the Zimbra forums for more information and support for ZCS.

For me Ubuntu is performing good and is very stable

You can find system requirements at at http://www.zimbra.com/documentation/ . CentOS and Ubuntu are both tested and supported by the Zimbra Team.
