The mystery of 656 Bytes

Postby sugiggs » Wed Jan 09, 2013 11:19 pm

Hi,
We have customer complains that after deleting everything from webmail, the usage bar is still showing 656 Bytes. It sounds a bit silly but as service provider we need to answer the customer. And also I'm curious myself.

Anyone has any idea to solve this?

Zimbra Version: Release 6.0.7_GA_2473.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.
I already deleted everything, and re-index.

Maybe email signature?

8 rows of text containing 80 characters including row changes is 656 bytes.
