Zimbra OS and Zimbra Pro Split Domain

Postby latre » Thu Apr 25, 2013 11:16 am

Good day....i have 2 zimbra, one open source and one professional.
My primary server is Zimbra OS and i want use the 2 servers, i have 25 accounts in professional and 75 in open source.
Zimbra Open source: mail1.mydomain.com 192.168.1.2

Zimbra Professional: mail2.mydomain.com 192.168.1.3

MAILGW: 192.168.1.1

My current configuration: Internet--->MAILGW--->Zimbra.Mail1
When send mail with my zimbra: Zimbra.Mail1---->Internet (without MAILGW)
I want:
paul@mydomain.com
mary@mydomain.com
pete@mydomain.com
joe@mydomain.com

Internet--->MAILGW--->Zimbra.Mail1----> joe@mydomain.com--->Zimbra.Mail2

Internet--->MAILGW--->Zimbra.Mail1---->paul@mydomain.com

If Mail1 want send mail to an account non of @mydomain.com
Mail1.zimbra--->Internet
If Mail1 want send mail to an account of @mydomain.com check if its in Mail1 or Mail2 and send it.
If Mail2 want send mail to an account non of @mydomain.com
Mail2.zimbra--->Internet
If Mail2 want send mail to an account of @mydomain.com check if its in Mail1 or Mail2 and send it.
I read with split domain can do that. Split Domain - Zimbra :: Wiki
But im confuse with the commands.
Zimbra.Mail1(opensource) will be configured as primary system....and the commands that i need use are:
$ zmprov ca bar@example.com

$ zmprov ma bar@example.com zimbraMailTransport smtp:mail.example.com:25

$ zmprov ma bar@example.com zimbraMailTransport lmtp:zimbra.example.com:7025
This for each account????
and in server Zimbra.Mail2(Professional) will be configured as secondary system...and the commands are:
$ zmprov md example.com zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @example.com

$ zmprov md example.com zimbraMailCatchAllForwardingAddress @example.com

$ zmprov md example.com zimbraMailTransport smtp:mail.example.com

$ zmprov mcf zimbraMtaRelayHost mail.example.com

$ zmprov mcf zimbraMtaDnsLookupsEnabled FALSE

$ postfix stop

$ postfix start
When i send mail from mail2 to @mydomain.com and the account is stored in mail1 this commands redirect to mail1?

Someone can help me with this please.......

What's wrong, This means you have a correct setting, isn't it?? Do you means that the command should be redirect email into mail2?
