Unread items incorrect

WE'VE GOT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS ONE EMAIL IN THEIR DRAFTS. HOWEVER THE DRAFTS FOLDER SHOWS (14) IN BOLD. I'VE TRIED REINDEXING THE MAILBOX TO NO AVAIL. ANY OTHER IDEAS? SEE ATTACHED

There's probably a zmmailbox command that will help. We had an empty drafts folder that showed (1) item in it. and used
zmmailbox -z -m [accountname] emptyFolder /Drafts
to "fix" it.

Hmm, could I do it without deleting the items in there?

If memory serves, this little trick works for us when we have an incorrect count.
Create and save a new search (the search can be anything).

Then, as user zimbra, stop and restart your Zimbra services (zmcontrol restart). You can then delete the saved search.
I have no idea why this works, but it works every time for us. :p
