Zimbra outlook Synchronization

Dear friends,
We are testing all options of zimbra mails suite before going to live. We are now using open source for testing. Can anyone help us to synchronize globel address book, calender etc with MS outlook? Zimbra desktop is NOT feasible for us.

I'm not sure for 100%, but as from documentation, Full native MS Outlook sync is available only with Outlook connector and Exchange protocol, which is available only in Network edition of ZCS. Thus, it means, that you have to count on Network eddition and Outlook connector licenses. The only way to sync Calendars and Contacts with Outlook in Open source Zimbra version, is to purchase zXtras Suite licences, or use CardDAV/CalDAV (Contacts/Calendars) clients on windows platform computers. Outlook does not support this, but you can manage to achieve results with Thunderbird.
