I am not sure is this a right place to raise this concern. But may be someone can help me.
Users when save an email address on their local machine with some name and then send across an email to that person, the same name is remembered in all receivers contact list.
When next time, receiver tries to send an email to that person, the email id appears with that name.
e.g. Someone saved john collony contact as JC and now in everyone mailbox it appears as JC...which looks very un-professional.
Is this related to Ms outlook or Zimbra ?
