You might want to post the detailed error trace from that error. Open /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log and then try to hit junk. You should see the error appear in the log.

Didn't use this function (though handy :0) but can confirm exact same behaviour on ubuntu6.06lts and ZCS5.0.3GA_Network.

Here is the trace.
First I see the permissions issues, then it seems that it isn't being directed to the right spam account.

If I log into the account manually, it sends the item to spam, but the log says the account still does not exist. I'm assuming an update changed the spam account, and no it is not finding the old one. Does that make sense?
UPDATE: Actually, that is the spam account, and it is listed under the admin console as being active.
