[SOLVED] Full Backup hangs still days

Since 11.07 I have a backup problem with zcs-NETWORK-5.0.6_GA_2313.UBUNTU6.20080522113148:
* The full backup hangs, last backup was made on 11.07.

* Diskspace is available

* I am not able to stop the running full backup

* Restarting the zimbra server, backup starts and hangs again

* The only errors I find in the logs are zimbra cannot start the backup, because it is already running.

* All other services are running without problems

To continue my post:

The zmbackupabort finishes without an error, but the backup process is still running:

Does it always fail on the same account? Have you got enough disk space for the backup folder? If it always fails on the same account, can you try reindexing that account and run the backup again? If that still doesn't work can you kill the backup process and get a stack trace? I'd suggest you open a support ticket for this problem.

Thank you, after reindexing the mailbox the backup was successful.
