I'm wondering if there is a way to set up an account (distribution list or otherwise) where a group that would have access to that account could see which emails have been open/read and which haven't.
I've got a group who gets a bunch of emails and each member replies to emails as they come in. The issue arises (at least with distribution lists) in that they can only send one reply per person and so they don't want 2 members of the group replying to the same email.. any ideas?
