Hi all,
Since yesterday, our emails to two different particular recipients are bounced back right away.
Undeliverred message: Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 failed to meet SPF requirements
Another message of undeliverred mail in deferred queue: 453 please see SPF: Why.html? Sender=........
Please advise this! Thanks in advance!

It seems these recipients' mail servers have implemented SPF checking for incoming messages, and your domain does not declare SPF. Have you checked by clicking on the link in bounced message? If not, check it and you would have clear idea.

Our domain does not declare SPF. Below is detail message. Then how to resolve this issue? Do i have to declare SPF or there is other way to fix it?

If you own (and have access to DNS parameters) your domain, you may publish SPF. Check SPF: Project Overview for details on how to publish SPF record. They have tools to create SPF text as well as tools to check existing SPF. You may understand SPF syntax in depth there.
