Message volume
I need to know how can I know that the message volume is full and I need to create another one

Log into the server and do a "df" and see what % full /opt/zimbra (or /opt/zimbra/store if you have it mounted separately) is. If it's larger than what your comfort level is, then you may want to add more space.

many thanks for your reply ,yes I already issued that command ,and I have sda and sdb
SDA for system
SDB for data
and the SDB is 47% used
I just thought that there is limit for for the message store or it is related to database file that has a maximum size so I can understad that it is related to the size of the partition

yea, right. it depends on your partition size.
