https://www.zimbra.com/docs/ne/7.0.0/administration_guide/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm#href=NE_Admin_Guide_7_0.Setting%20System-wide%20Signatures.html&single=true
Setting
System-wide Signatures
* zimbraDomainMandatoryMailSignatureEnabled (TRUE/FALSE) TRUE enables this feature.

* zimbraDomainMandatoryMailSignatureText. This creates the plain text version.

* zimbraDomainMandatoryMailSignatureHTML. This creates the HTML version.
1. To create a system wide mandatory signature, enter the following:

zmprov mcf zimbraDomainMandatoryMailSignatureEnabled TRUE

zmprov mcf zimbraDomainMandatoryMailSignatureText

zmprov mcf zimbraDomainMandatoryMailSignatureHTML "some html text”
2. Restart Amavis to apply the configuration and global signature files. Type:

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmamavisdctl restart
The global signature is not visible when an email is composed, but displays in the recipient’s email message. age.

No, it's an OS feature as well.
Check /opt/zimbra/conf/amavis.conf, and see if the following lines are still commented out:

# Mandatory Signatures

#$altermime='/opt/zimbra/altermime/bin/altermime';

#@altermime_args_disclaimer = qw(--verbose --disclaimer=/opt/zimbra/data/altermime/_OPTION_.txt --disclaimer-html=/opt/zimbra/data/altermime/_OPTION_.html );

#$defang_maps_by_ccat{+CC_CATCHALL} = ['disclaimer'];

If they're still commented, try doing "zmmtactl restart" - I don't recall if zmamavisdctl rewrites the config files or not. I know that zmmtactl does for sure.

Hello friend,

You could delete the domain for the internal use of Disclaimer?

Hi,
Can anybody know how to add an outgoing mail disclaimer for zimbra 7.1.4 open source edition? Above krishoper's method won't work with zimbra 7.1.4.
