Proxy Broken

Hello: installing a new 8.6 system and have configured the mailstore but after setting up the proxied web and smtp systems am received the following error when I go into the admin interface and click on monitor.  This is from /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log:

Any ideas please ? How can one reset proxy global settings etc back to defaults in case messed something up.

Which steps/guide you followed to set up the proxy?



Are you able to telnet from your proxy to your Zimbra mailstore to all the ports it should be able to reach and viceversa?

The proxy installation guide :( Yes, all ports are open and have checked firewall for any drops. Must be an easy way to reset proxy on mailstore, zwc or mx.

It looks to me that you failed to define proxy targets.



Easiest way I know is from admin portal. You could try with the command zmproxyconfig.



The ports are open, but the reason for sugesting telnet is to check if they are also listening and to verify that are reacheable.
