Problem full email outlook 2010

Hi, i have a problem with zimbra 8.6 + outlook 2010


I have a computer with outlook 2010 that connects to a zimbra server using IMAP and when i get from example a forwarding email from another zimbra using client webmail the original mail dont show on outlook 2010.



Example:



Account abc1@zimbra.com - User that use outlook


Account zimbraonline@zimbra.com - User that use web interface

If abc1 send a new email to zimbraonline, the zimbraonline read the full email and reply, then the abc1 can see the entire email on outlook without any problems. Then the abc1 just reply to email and zimbraonline can see the email too.


Now, zimbraonline reply to email and abc1 just can see the latest zimbraonline reply, so original text just dissapear.


If i try this with for example gmailaccount to abc1 all works fine


If abc1 use another email client like thunderbird or use the zimbra desktop or zimbra webclient all works fine, total email appears.


If i upgrade outlook to 2013 all works fine, so its a problem with outlook 2010

My guess is outlook has an option to not display nested replys in the message. I've never used outlook nor do I support it so I really just guessing based on other mail clients.

Hi Fabio,

Did you try to create a new profile in Outlook 2010? Maybe can be a problem of the profile, or a setting that the user change it and don't remember.

Hi, yes but it didnt' work. I tried in different computers with the outlook 2010 and is same problem.

I don't have Outlokk 2010 in any VM, but I will open a Bug in bugzilla for this.

The problem still occur on Office outlook 2010. I tested in differents PC's and differents Zimbra setups.
