Hi damith,

You can use the Free Acount Migration Tool that Zimbra provides in the Admin Area, I only have this spanish post about it, I've tried and works. I will write on a English Wiki soon - http://zimbra7azimbra8.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/esenario-utilizado-servidor-1-origen.html#comment-form

Let us know if helps.

So, the migration using the wizard is multiple steps, first, is create the accounts, you can create it with the XML. Then you can jump to the other step.

Please paste a screenshot if you can with the error.

Do you have already the accounts, I mean without any data, under the Accounts? Or not yet?

I'm not sure in which point or where are you. With the tool and the steps that I provide to you you have 2 steps:

1.- Import all the accounts using the LDAP, or the XML file.

2.- In Console use the zmztomig tool.

I will try to write a Wiki with all the steps and let you know.
