Umm. When you run this "zmprov getAllDomains" does it list what your using for Mydomain.com?

yes .. its shows Mydomain.com

When you change to the zimbra user with "su" are you using the dash? For example "sudo su - zimbra" or "su - zimbra". The dash is important because that setups up all of the zimbra environmental variables that many of the zimbra scripts use.

Hi, I have the same problem.



After restoring zimbra folder from old server to a new server using rsync, I can't open zimbra admin, it prompts for privacy then after proceed no display on web page (just a blank page) and no error. but when I restore the original zimbra folder created during installation on new server, I can access the admin console..



I can login to webmail with no error.



Steps taken before restore:



1. Change IP of new server same as old



2. Stop zimbra services



3. rename zimbra (/opt/zimbra) and restore zimbra from old server



4. reboot server

if you are getting following error and Admin Console is not opening, your ZaMsg.properties of Admin Console has gone blank. Copy this file from a similar version and things would work

I have a similar problem, i have a new server, a fresh instalation of Zimbra ZCS 8.6.0, i can't open Zimbra Admin console, when i type su zimbra, i can see that all Zimbra Services are UP and Running, can some one please help me?

Since all new installs of Zimbra are supposed to have Proxy installed, even on a single server, the URL to reach the Admin Console on the proxy should be:

https://hostname.mydomain.com:9071/

The Admin Console does not do http > https redirects BTW.
