Ajax login hangs "loading" - No invalid shares

Hi,


I have a single user who is having problems logging into the webmail interface using the Advanced Ajax interface.  Selecting to login using the HTML interface works, as does changing the account preference for Initial Mail Search to in:sent as listed in the following article:

However, when I login and check the shares, I don't see any mailbox, calendar, or briefcase shares that appear to be invalid with a strike through them.


I am running 8.6.0 Patch 5 FOSS version.  I've searched through the logs and can't find any obvious errors.  As far as I know, this is the only user with this problem, out of about 660 users.
