So, I run a very small zimbra install for my company. I recently moved to a different address, and got Verizon for my internet access. Since then, any emails I send that have attachments get marked as spam. The issue here? I log in with that ip, but I'm still using the webmail interface! If I am logged into webmail, shouldn't it be using the local ip for sending of emails, and therefore whitelist them?
Here is the x-spam info:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=7.763 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6
RCVD_IN_PBL=3.558, RCVD_IN_RP_RNBL=1.284, RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL=0.001,
RDNS_NONE=1.274, URIBL_BLOCKED=0.001] autolearn=no autolearn_force=no
The PBL test I looked up, and verizon is saying because I'm in their block, I should only be using their webmail, and clearly, I can't change this. But, if I'm using webmail, and not some external client, why is this even happening?
