I am using Zimbra Collaboration Suite-8.6 as our e-mail server. recently facing a problem that e-mails from "email@example.com" with attachment go to "Junk" folder directly and in the pane it show there is a attachment of 4 or 5 mb but when we open the mail there is no attachment. Please help to resolve the issue as the attachments are really very important for us. Thank you.
