My zimbra version is 8.8.7, Even I am facing the problem - zimbra.log shows mails delivered to recipients whereas they cannot not see the message in web client. Sometimes messages addressed to multiple recipients are shown as delivered in zimbra.log but only some recipients can view the message in webclient and it won't get displayed for others.
To my surprise, I could trace the message in the mailbox / mailstore of the user through Command Line Interface.
I have also noticed the following error in mailbox.log for such mails.
