ZRT ID not Working

Dear Zimbra Team,

we tried to install the ZRT, but unfortunately this is not possible.

We always get the message that the ZRT ID is not valid.

Be ensured that the firewall rules and the settings are OK to connect to https://zimbra.compliance.flexnetoperations.com/.

Please advise?
