It seems a simple timeout.

grep the line you provided us for the trace: qtp1684106402-50163:1475852672653:ecfe1080b40af179

Caused by: com.zimbra.cs.mailbox.MailSender$SafeMessagingException: connect timed out; chained exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out

Does it happen to all accounts or only someone? Does it happen only form a certain network or from every public network?

yes it seems a timout, but this happens to all users, they could connect from a local pc on network, from terminal, from outside, the servers gives periodically ( not always ) the error. thiis happens, of course , just from web gui. resources from server are quite good, also the network is ok. i am now tring to investigate if firewall (pfsense) can couse problems, what do you think?

It looks like you are using datasources. Are you sure the config for those is correct? What mailsystem are you connecting to for those - are they Zimbra systems or other?

i did not enebled it, i just do the upgrade as wiki instructions, i did it step by step.

No i am not sure if those datasources are correctly configured... how to investigate that?

Sorry i forgot to say i have zextras module installed, last release, seems to work .

as described in another forum, i tried this command

zmprov ms MAIL.DOMAIN.COM zimbraRemoteManagementPort 22

it seems to fix my issue

no i am not useing datasources
