microsoft exchange emails showing up jumbled

Postby mclain » Wed Oct 12, 2016 6:17 pm

This started yesterday. Any message received from a microsoft exchange server is showing up unreadable. Has this happened to anyone else? Nothing was changed on our server.

That looks like the output from a show original, is that correct? I see exactly the same thing when I do a show original, however, the email renders correctly when I look at it in a browser. I'm using FF49 as my browser and it doesn't have problems showing the mail, which browser are you using and have you tried other browsers?

You should always give details of the ZCS version in use by posting the full output of the following command:

Code: Select all

zmcontrol -v

$ zmcontrol -v
Release 8.7.0_GA_1659.RHEL6_64_20160628192634 RHEL6_64 NETWORK edition.

I am using FF 48. This is a company wide issue with users using a variety of browsers being used but I have also tried to use zimbra in chrome and looks exactly the same. It is only from recipients that are sending from a microsoft exchange server. Here is a reply as received in my inbox

As I mentioned, I don't see that even with the same version of ZCS so I'd suggest you open a support case.
