Hi Team,
I am getting the same issue. Please help me. Check the below maillog, we are unable to send emails to some domains (Naukri.com, outlook.com...etc). Those emails are stuck in Mail Queue.

Just a note on this: I've faced this issue before - there is not much you can do beside wait.

Microsoft do NOT follow SPIF or DKIM or any other rules; they do however (from what I have observed) have a reputation DB with IP and domain name. Eventually the mails get through.

Make sure that any recipients check their junk and flag any that come through as not spam.

I faced this exact issues when moving a Zimbra server from one IP (service provider) to another. Everyone except Microsoft played by the rules.

I did find that there is a Microsoft program which allows you to uprate your domain and have it classed as less 'spammy' - which seriously annoyed me that I'd have to pay to send emails to Microsoft mail servers. However - after a couple of weeks - all the mail was flowing as it should be.
