Autocomplete ranking problem

I have the option zimbraPrefAutoAddAddressEnabled set to FALSE. I sent 10 messages to one recipient. When I enter the first letters of his first name, the address is not prompted. I have to add a few letters more and only then the address appears. There is the "forget" option, so the ranking "works". The information is also in the database (CONTACT_RANKINGS). I reset the ranking, but it did not help.

It worked well on version 8.6 (now I have 8.7.11).

Some users have sent several hundred messages to one recipient. Nevertheless, the address of recipient is not prompted first, only after next matches.
