I am running Zimbra 8.8.6 FOSS on Centos 7.0
CPU - 8 Cores | RAM - 32GB | HDD - 800GB SSD
Cloud Server Environment
From time to time, I am receiving this error message from mailbox.log,
2018-05-17 17:15:21,511 WARN [Pop3SSLServer-32] [email@example.com;ip=10.10.0.47;oip=126.96.36.199;] index - Skipping merge because all index threads are busy
Few mins later, I am receiving this msg
2018-05-17 17:34:05,759 INFO [Pop3SSLServer-7] [firstname.lastname@example.org;ip=10.10.0.47;oip=188.8.131.52;] sqltrace - Slow execution (5482ms): SELECT mi.id, mi.size, mi.blob_digest FROM mboxgroup25.mail_item AS mi WHERE mailbox_id = 325 AND folder_id = 2 AND type = 5 AND flags & 16512 = 0
Then the system is slowing down, but all zimbra services are still shown running but hang (not able to POP, IMAP, SMTP and login via WebAdmin). zmcontrol restart will back to normal.
