Hey guys!
First I wanted to say that I love Zimbra - it is a fantastic email suite!
That being said I've run into an issue recently that I'm pretty stumped on. I'm currently running Ubuntu server 16.04 and Zimbra 8.8.7. I recently updated my Ubuntu server, just a standard apt update && apt upgrade, and then rebooted it. Upon reboot email was functioning, but the zimbra web interface isn't accessible via http, only https. When I navigate to I receive an apache2 default page. I'm not sure as to why this is, I've searched through the forums & google, but haven't found anything relevant to this. I checked my nginx log under /opt/zimbra/log, but it doesnt appear to have anything relevant to this specific issue. I feel as though I'm missing something basic with regards to the configuration for nginx/zimbra, but I'm not sure where to check & was hoping someone could point me in the right direction! :D

Did that include a kernel update? If it did then see this (this isn't a Zimbra issue): viewtopic.php?f=15&t=64703

I'm not entirely sure what happened, but after digging around for several hours and coming up short I checked from another machine. When I checked from a separate machine the HTTP request for mail automatically redirected to HTTPS. I checked in several different browsers to make sure it wasn't the browser enforcing HTTPS & I also checked for add ons to see if those were causing the redirection. After that I checked on several other machines with the same methodology - it worked on all of them. Lol not sure what happened here, but it was only occurring on my machine, maybe a cache'd version of the site right after startup? Not sure. Got into the office today & checked on my machine again only to find everything works as it should! :D
